Day Thirteen: Matthew 12:22-50, Luke 11
This reading seemed to have a lot where I wanted to highlight so I did my best to look back to make sure it wasn't already I talked briefly about. It is very important that we listen to everything that is being taught and not just what we like to hear. Some things are not going to sound like a fairly tale love story. We learn that who ever is against Jesus will be scattered and his followers will be with him. The most important message here is that even if you are against who Jesus is and speak or act against him then you still can be forgiven. The same is not true though when speaking against or acting against the Holy Spirit at anytime, ever. That is pretty powerful since we deal with issues, all of us, that we don't think we are ever going to be forgiven for what we have done and what has been said that could be considered against Jesus or what he stands for, this is the answer to that. We are forgiven always through Jesus unless we have spoken against the Holy Spirit.
30 "He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters. 31And so I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven. 32 Anyone who speaks a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but anyone who speaks against the Holy Spirit will not be forgiven, either in this age or in the age to come.
We know the spirit of anything by its fruit. It it manifests negative, bad fruit then we know it is from the enemy. Likewise if the spirit manifests good works, positivity, love, faith then we can be sure it is good fruit being bore. We are held accountable for our words and actions, and words that are spoke with no care are judged just as the actions of those words. All to often I hear and am exposed to foul careless language, whether it be on tv or around those I am around. After being around negative and careless people and watching something on TV which is also careless and not thoughtful to language, I can feel my mind think like that. It took me so long to clean my words up since I enjoyed talking with what we know as swear words, others call them curse words. I don't like to think of them like that, they are apart of the american language of expression just like any other words but the ones I speak of you would not want to use them around children. Mature or not, it is not an attractive fruit coming out of the mouth of a girl, young lady, or women just as it isn't out of a man who claims to be of God. I didn't really notice it until I heard it coming from others where I could judge myself and how I must have sounded to my parents and family when I was angry or telling a story not taking care to the words that were spoke or respecting that it sounded ridiculous. What are these fruits but fruits of the enemy when it is just a negative expression or filler for the story or conversation you are having, they are not by any means necessary.
35 The good man brings good things out of the good stored up in him, and the evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in him. 36 But I tell you that men will have to give account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken. 37 For by your words you will be acquitted, and by your words you will be condemned."
All too often we pray and in our hearts we seek a sign so we can know what we are supposed to do or if this is God's will etc. I do not like seeking after a sign and I do not, not to say that I have for someone else, but I did not feel good about it since I feel like it is like we are testing Yah and his perfect will which is always on time. I do my best to know that if it is going to be in his will then in patience it will come. I know some women that seek after a husband like it is their desire and I understand and I like to pray for these women since I know that in his time it will be delivered. We should be seeking God first because the husbands will for the wife is not always God's will for the wife. Recently this has come over me knowing that I probably would not be where I am today if I had a husband, and know now the husband I seek and that is Jesus. Meaning, I do not want an earthly husband and all to often people will ask me when I will date or be in a relationship. It has only been ten months since my fiance died, a man that was literally mad for me and we became one flesh. My instinct is to say if this is the will of God then in time it will happen, if it is not then it won't. I feel like I know God's will for the first time in my life with that subject, and I feel like on earth I am meant to be myself where God can mold me and my heart to the way it was always intended. What I really am saying is that I am part of the Bridegroom and I prepare for the coming of him only and do not seek a sign or pray for a husband, but pray for women who seek a husband that it may be within the will of God and that they will be fulfilled and not taken away from all that they have become in faith and growth of spiritual fruits.
39 He answered, "A wicked and adulterous generation asks for a miraculous sign! But none will be given it except the sign of the prophet Jonah. 40 For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of a huge fish, so the Son of Man will be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.
The following reminds me of a season in my life. When I stopped going to church because of a teaching and when I separated myself and dropped my guard off my heart and I opened it up for the enemy and his friends to come back and settle themselves in where it was clean and unoccupied. I did not know or see it until hindsight and I was already out of this season and coming back into how I was at first in faith and love. This is nothing to test or go through because this will lead you through the darkness more severe then the one that you went through before. Years will pass in the same wicked season and will not rest until you are at the worst state and the most bottom of the pit which will not cause anyone joy but the enemies who have found you to lead you there. This means keeping you from praying and confirmation of love and redemption, keeping you from the truth of the scripture and prophesies all because of the spirit of confusion through false teachings.

43 "When an evil spirit comes out of a man, it goes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. 44 Then it says, 'I will return to the house I left.' When it arrives, it finds the house unoccupied, swept clean and put in order. 45 Then it goes and takes with it seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and live there. And the final condition of that man is worse than the first. That is how it will be with this wicked generation."

Luke 11
There are promises to live by and these promises are revealed to all who ask and seek. If we are willing spiritually and we deny ourselves, take up our cross and not live in the flesh by receiving the love and forgiveness that is meant for us then we are justified and aware of what sin is through obedience to truth. Think of the children and the parents that provide for them out of love and give them all they need and sometimes what they want. Now know the promise that we are children of a heavenly being known as our father who loves us and has a will for us and that will is a promise to happiness through obedience which is no different then the obedience we expect from our children. Even those that will not receive these promises and chose to receive what the enemy sows in there heart and thoughts will provide for what they love. The Holy Spirit is a promise that is above all spiritual gifts which allows us to live a different way and have a different desire which seeks after the will of our merciful father.
9"So I say to you: Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. 10 For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened. 11 "Which of you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? 12 Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? 13 If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"
We need to shine our light which is in us in order to brighten the world. Everything that lights up the world is meant to be shone and not hidden. All the spiritual gifts we have are meant to use in order to learn new ones and be more abundant. It's like having one talent and practicing that talent in order to manifest a profit of that talent which births another one in interest of the one we were given at first. If you have light then shine it and there will be no darkness in you. Remember there is nothing good in the bad and nothing bad in the good, so let the good shine through so that the darkness flees from it.
33 "No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden, or under a bowl. Instead he puts it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light. 34 Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are good, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are bad, your body also is full of darkness. 35 See to it, then, that the light within you is not darkness. 36Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be completely lighted, as when the light of a lamp shines on you."
I would just like to note that there are 6 woes in the end of this chapter, although I think it is significant I would like to save it for a later time. There are many woes to us in this world and they are warnings of behavior and rebuking us out of love. The reason why I would like to wait on them is because there are so many that I would like to gather them in order to study all at once. Hope you enjoyed the reading notes and that they have touched your heart in a positive way. I am grateful for who ever does read these notes. :)
